Abstract
Objective: bring together the knowledge produced in the health sector on the management of post-covid conditions. Methods: integrative review following the operationalization model. Used Boolean operators (OR and AND) to optimize the searches, combining controlled and uncontrolled descriptors. The search for studies was carried out in four databases (Virtual Health Library, Pubmed, CINAHL, and ScienceDirect), exploring a total of 4,694 studies. Results: the final sample for analysis consisted of 14 articles that presented therapies to alleviate the symptoms of post-COVID conditions, including the use of prednisolone, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, oxygen and ozone, aromatherapy, dietary supplements and physical/mental rehabilitation. Conclusion: it is crucial to develop strategies to improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of patients with post-COVID conditions. However, these conditions still receive inadequate attention in terms of care and research. Contributions to practice: given the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is necessary to formulate strategies for the rehabilitation of individuals affected by SARS-Cov-2 and who developed sequelae. Therefore, the importance of compiling the knowledge produced on the management of post-covid conditions was considered.
